Blue Lakes Technology was founded in 2004 by technologists with a passion for the mortgage industry. In 2021 the company begin taking advantage of AI technology to create disruptive products.

Unlike most software companies, Blue Lakes started as a mortgage fintech consulting firm. The company then evolved to focus on secure fintech  mortgage products.

Blue Lakes continues to recruit nothing but industry rockstars like Dhananjay Kumar who is an Angular contributor and educator. Under Menon’s leadership, Blue Lakes stays true to its core values that include improving impoverished communities of inner cities such as those of Detroit, Michigan which is where Menon was born and raised.
